AffordableMealPlans.com is a free food and budget recipe blog dedicated to helping individuals, students, and families eat well on a budget. We provide cheap meal plans, budget dinner and breakfast recipes, grocery tips, and free printable meal planners across three main content areas: Recipes, Diet Plans, and Food & Meal Plans.

8. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Comments: Kept indefinitely unless you request deletion.
  • Email Subscribers: Retained until you unsubscribe. An unsubscribe link is included in every email we send.
  • Contact Form Messages: Deleted after 12 months.
  • Google Analytics Data: Anonymised data retained for 26 months (Google’s default setting).
  • Server Logs (IP Addresses): Retained for up to 30 days for security purposes, then permanently deleted.

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

11. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers allow you to send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal to websites. Our site does not currently respond to DNT signals as there is no universally accepted standard for how websites should handle them. We will update this policy if a recognised standard is adopted.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or applicable law.
